Torggler HIGH TACK 750ml is a multifunctional polyurethane adhesive for waterproof bonding and sealing.

CHARACTERISTIC:

• High chemical resistance

• High resistance to water penetration (up to 0.5 bar)

• Speed of erecting walls (up to 50% time savings needed when using thin-layer mortars or adhesives cement)

• Can be used at low temperatures to -5°C

• Excellent adhesion to various types of surfaces

PROPERTIES:

High Tack is a one-component, waterproof, durable polyurethane adhesive for

precise gluing of wall blocks, insulating panels and sealing of manholes and channels

water. The formula has been specially developed to guarantee limited expansion:

volume increase (visible only when the product expands directly in free space

after extrusion) is reduced to increase density and, consequently, adhesiveness

and tensile strength, which allows the glue to be widely used. Binds permanently to various

surface and is resistant to bacteria naturally occurring in humid environments.

High Tack is characterized by very good resistance to water, detergents, microorganisms and agents

chemical.

Hardened product, can be cut, drilled, sanded, painted and plastered.

Fresh product consistency and adhesion, dimensional stability and mechanical properties

hardened material make High Tack an ideal product for gluing, especially in

situations where the weight of the assembled elements prevents expansion and supports creation

a compact and consistent layer of polyurethane adhesive.

APPLICATION:

• Assembly/gluing of dimensionally precise elements (e.g. aerated concrete blocks or

ceramics) for building partition and curtain walls

• Bonding various types of insulating boards (EPS, XPS, PU, mineral or glass wool, etc.)

performing thermal insulation both above and below the ground surface

• Installation of plasterboards

• Sealing of manholes, manholes, rings, tanks, cisterns, pipes and channels made of

cement or polymer materials

• Pipe insulation

• Filling and filling gaps between walls and pipe penetrations

EFFICIENCY:

The consumption of High Tack glue depends on the type of element to be attached and the application method. Approximate consumption

is: 1 can of 750 ml for 5–10 m2 of wall construction or for 8–12 m2 of gluing insulating boards.
