COMFORT 50mm 25m GK board jointing and corner tape
Siniat Comfort tapes are an ultra-modern, composite product used in construction in the interior finishing industry.
They are mainly used as an element of corner construction in interior developments using plasterboard technology.
The tape base is a white, highly flexible and very crack-resistant foil made of hard, crack-resistant material, which is the tape's supporting core.
It is covered on both sides with finely cut textile trim permanently bonded to the core, allowing the tape to be covered with various types of fillers and paints.
Specially designed perforation allows for the penetration of filler.
Thanks to the high absorbency and at the same time roughness of the tape surface, the adhesion to the substrate and the strength of the connection are significantly increased.
The perfectly flat surface of the tapes makes them perfect for connecting boards located in different planes.
The narrowing that runs along the entire length of the tapes makes it easier to break them evenly and precisely, so they can be used to finish (mask and reinforce) internal and external corners, obtaining perfectly straight lines.
Application:
Comfort tapes can be used to lead out and reinforce internal and external corners in place of all types of corners, e.g. aluminum.
The tape evens out, straightens and stiffens the complicated connection of plasterboards and significantly increases the comfort of work when leading out internal corners, external corners of walls and ceilings with angles of any degree of openness.
The innovative formula allows it to be used in places exposed to moisture, where paper tape could be damaged, e.g. around bathtubs and showers.
Due to the variety of putties and paints offered on the market, we recommend testing the product on a small surface before final application.
Benefits:
Perfect durability and resistance to cracking - very high flexibility of the core.
Possibility to obtain perfectly smooth joint surfaces.
They provide long-term protection against joint cracking - especially in places where plasterboards are exposed to damage, such as attics.
Resistant to alkalis and alkaline reactions
No material losses - 100% of the tape is used thanks to specially prepared packaging.
Does not require pre-soaking in water.
Works with any filler masses
Does not bleed through after filling
Can be covered with paint
